This was a brand project where I had to design the logo after an animal that I was given, which is an owl. I had to choose between a café and restaurant. I chose a café since I thought it fit best. I went to research the owl with their poses. I sketched them to get an idea how to draw them. I ended choosing on pose for the logo since it felt welcoming.
For the logo I simplified the owl pose and this is what I ended up with.
I picked 4 colors for the brand and I chose one to represent coffee and the other the owl which is a nocturnal animal. I also ended up using 3 typefaces.
I did a black and white version of my logo. Then used the color palette for color version.

The idea I had for this café is that I wanted to be a 24/7 café. So there will be a day time café that Changes once its nighttime.
