Logo Concepts
This project was about creating a salon brand. My theme was goth. I was doing research on terms and color themes that go with the them. The choice for the name was "Willow Trims" going with black, red, light grey and a mint green. When coming up with logo ideas I wanted the shape of the hair to go with how the willow tree is. These were my initial concepts.
Logo - Color Version
This was me rearranging the typeface with the logo as well as seeing which color works best.
Final Logo
After playing with different positioning. I finally picked the one that looked the best.
General Salon Brand Essentials
I started making a general concept/layout on how I wanted to place the design and typefaces in the business cards, gift vouchers and price list.

I slowly starting playing with the colors to get a sense of how I can change anything about my initial concept.

I was able to tweak somethings around mainly with the business cards because it didnt feel like it was going well with everything else I had designed for this brand.
Window Display Design
The idea I had for this brand when it came to going with the goth them is that I wanted creepy shapes such as the spider like shapes in the corner with the weblike patterning surrounding everything.
Packaging Design
When it came to the packaging design I instantly felt like I had to shape it like similar to a coffin and the Victorian mirror. Those were my main inspirations.
Product Sketches
Designing the products was challenging since I wanted to make sure it also went well with the goth theme. I started sketching to get the feel of the products I had in mind for the brand. Those are sicssors, make-up palette, comb, lip stick and shampoo/conditioner.
Product Design
After sketching I started to vectorize them and with that it made me change somethings around. Adding the color also helped bring it to life. I wanted to continue that weblike pattern around most the designs and for the make-up palette I wanted it to resemble a planchette.
